DEADLINE: Saturday, Sept. 9th, 2017 before 11:59 PM

Color Run: Yes or No?
I have a question for you all. So last year D31 participated in the SD Color Run. It was sometime in the summer but this year it will be on November 4th. The pro of the event was that everyone had a really fun time and wanted to do more events like this. The con is that there wasn't a lot of parking since Downtown SD is crowed and the date.

I would love for the division to participate again but November 11th is Fall Rally. As you all may know, Fall Rally season is extremely hectic and around this time, everyone is working on their own spirit gears and whatnot. I am unsure if you all would want to go knowing that this time of year is chaotic. Also keep in mind that this event is about 3-5 hours.

Question: Should D31 participate in the 2017 Color Run?

Please have this form filled out by the end of the month please.

I've also attached a photo of last year's Color Run.

September Newsletter
Each month, Division News Editor Veronica puts together a newsletter with recaps, updates, and important information. Be sure to check it out!

Club Dues
As you all know, club dues can be submitted starting October 1st. With that, you must have access to the Membership Update Center (MUC). Attached is a document on how to navigate the MUC. You can also access this document here.
Club officers, I highly suggest that you all take the time to review this, as this is VERY important in the dues process. Also, I have attached an info guide all about dues and the MUC.

Division Recognition Form
Throughout the term, we are able to experience many great things such as having fun events, forming new ideas, getting rides to events and much more. However that would not be possible without the help of Kiwanis Advisers, Faculty Advisers, Club Officers and of course Club Members! They all have a passion for service and have worked incredibly hard for all of us.

In order to express our gratitude, I would like to recognize those who have been doing an extraordinary job. The reason for this is to show how much we appreciate their dedication to Key Club and to motivate them to do the best of their abilities.

How this works :

1. Discuss with your fellow officer board about the nominees.
2. Nominate and add a description of why the should be recognized.
3. Feel proud and let them know that you appreciate them so much.

Due: The 7th of every month before 6:00 PM

Once, you have read and understood this email, please reply with one event that you look forward to.
For any comments, questions or concerns, please feel free to let me know! Thank for all that you do!
