RTC Forms and Sign-In
As you all know, PasspoRTC begins at 9AM, so I highly encourage you all to be there at least 30 minutes early. Sign-in will take place as you arrive, and will close at 10:00 AM. To ensure that we are right on schedule, we highly suggest making sure that you all get there as early as possible!
Attached below is a map to help you all on the day of RTC. The registration table/general session area is at the "X" on the map.
RTC Medical Forms and Waivers
Today, CSU San Marcos has informed us that we need to bring the ORIGINAL travel release forms. I understand that this may be somewhat upsetting to some of you, but please bring your original travel release forms on the day of RTC, regardless is you have submitted one in the last two days. Along with that, please remember to bring your Medical Forms and have your advisor/chaperone sign the club in!
The good thing about this, means more people are allowed to attend! Given that forms are due the day of, this gives the chance for any other members to attend who were still on-the-fence about attending. So please keep advertising to the members that you serve, and try to have as many of them come to RTC!
**Please keep in mind the 1:12 Attendee-Chaperone ratio, as each club should be providing their OWN chaperones!**
What to Bring to RTC
As this is more than just a gathering, here are a few things that we suggest you bring:
- Water bottles (Water will be provided at lunch, but we suggest to stay hydrated until lunch!)
- Note-taking materials:
- Pens/Pencils
- Notebooks/Planners
- A good attitude, and TONS of spirit!
- What to wear:
- Spirit Attire
- CLOSED-TOED SHOES (for safety purposes)
What to expect this year!
Here are few things you can look forward to at RTC!
- Educational Workshops
- Our District Board Guest!
- District Secretary JiMin Margarett Lee!
- Killer spirit battles/sessions!
- A super cool scavenger hunt!
- Talent Show!
- The chance to meet other Key Clubbers within Region 1.5!
As I said, please continue to promote PasspoRTC to the clubs that you serve, remember, this event is for Key Clubbers new or old, and can be used as a way to spark more interest in Key Club at your schools! I hope to see you all this Saturday at CSU San Marcos from 9AM-4PM, and can't wait to FLY into service with you all!
