Hi, Peacocks!

As I mentioned before, Division 31 will be collaborating with Divisions 11 and 21 to host a Spirit War! It's only a week away so please RSVP as soon as possible! This email will discuss the details about this event.

Medical Forms

Please remember to bring your medical forms, as a way to ensure that you all can be taken care of in the event of an injury! Always bring your medical forms! It linked below and will attached to the email as well. Remember that if you do not have a medical form completed, you will NOT be able to participate in the event.

Team Building Activities

At the Spirit War, each division will be playing fun team building activities to improve communication, and help you all work together as one. There will be three rounds, and each division will be competing for the highest score!

PTP Dolls

The focus of September is Pediatric Trauma Program (PTP), so we decided to make PTP dolls out of old clothes. These dolls will be utilized for children that are hospitalized due to Pediatric Trauma as a form of comfort or a way of communicating with their doctors. 

These hand-made dolls will need materials, and in order to make this possible, we would like for you to donate the following items:

• Scissors 
• Markers
• Thread 
• Needles
• Old T-Shirts

Pies for PTP!

Throughout the day, we will be keeping note of which division scores the highest. Only one division will win! With the help of your donations, the remaining two Lt. Governors will be pied for PTP! 

The cost of each pie will be $2!

SECRET CHALLENGE #3

The 3rd challenge will be a wonderful surprise for you all so come prepared with your spirit and enthusiasm!

Remember that this is all a friendly competition, and the main purpose of this event is to boost spirit and teamwork! I look forward to seeing all of your beautiful faces there!
