Kiwanis Family Field Day

Event Details:

Join Division 11, 21, 31, KIWIN’s Emerald Division and Circle K Paradise Division for a fun day full games, Kiwanis family interaction, and much more! This is your opportunity to meet other Kiwanis family members. This is an event you won’t want to miss!!

WHEN: This Sat., Sept. 30th 
WHERE: Allied Gardens Park
TIME: 11:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Important Forms: 

Please be sure to print tiny.cc/kffdwaiver  out, have your parents sign it and bring it to the event! It’s very important so please don’t forget. 

Lunch Fee: 

For a very affordable price of $5, Circle K will be providing lots of good food so don’t forget to bring exact change!

 at RTC as we Fly Into Service!️ Fasten your seat belt and turn off your devices, it’s time for takeoff 🛫🌎✨

RTC is a

onference in which members from all over Region 1 and 2 come together to learn more about leadership, Key Club, service and spirit. This also an event in which we 
​all get hyped for Fall Rally South. This is an experience that you would want to be a part of! I hope to see you all there!!

WHEN: Saturday, October 14th
WHERE: CSU San Marcos
TIME:​ 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Please RSVP @ tiny.cc/PASSPORTC by Oct. 6th before 11:59 PM! 

​Please complete the following forms: 
  • tiny.cc/medicalform (will be collect on the day of)
  • Travel Release Form (must be turned into Lt. Governor by October 8th BEFORE 6:00 PM)
BOTH FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO ATTEND RTC. Both will be attached to the bottom of this email as well. Please keep in mind that if you do not have these forms, you cannot go to RTC. If printing them out is an issue, please let me know ASAP.

Registration Fee & Transportation
Book your ticket to PASSPORTC for an affordable price of $12! Transportation to RTC will be provided so do not fret! More information about transportation will be released soon!

Dress Code:

​Flaunt your spirit Peacocks! Wear division colors and show off our division mascot! You can wear tutus, capes, division colored socks, blue/green hats, and etc! 

Please remember that we are students and that we want to portray ourselves as leader so be mindful of what you will wear. ​The following are deemed inappropriate for RTC:
  • sandals
  • spaghetti straps
  • crop tops 
  • short shorts 
  • sheer clothing
  • offensive or harmful clothing
  • clothing that can be mistaken for undergarments
If you are second guessing your outfit, you probably shouldn't wear it to RTC.

​What To Bring:
  • Material needed to write notes
  • ​Two forms: waiver and medical release
  • Registration fee: $12 (please try not to bring large bills)
  • Appropriate clothing:  If you have to second guess you outfit, you probably shouldn't wear it. If you have to second guess your outfit, you probably shouldn't wear it.
  • Division Apparel
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm
