Hello Division 31!
I hope you all have been well. This is a very important update so be sure to completely read this email and let me know if you have any questions, comments or concerns!
This email consists of the following about Conclave:
- Purpose
- Event Details
- Mandatory Attendance & Delegates
Officers: once you have read and understood this message, please reply indicating so.
Purpose
The purpose of Conclave is to elect the next Lieutenant Governor. Here two representatives, delegates, from each club are required to attend and place their votes. This is a region event however the respective delegates will vote for their respective divisions.
Event Details
WHEN: Next Saturday, January 20th from 9 am - 12 pm
Please arrive no later than 8:40 am please. We will start at 9 am sharp.
WHERE: Room 1300 at Helix High School (map will be attached)
Mandatory Attendance & Delegates
This is a required event for all officers so please be sure to attend and support the division. This event is highly encouraged for general members and those who are interested in running for LTG in the 2019-20 term.
Each club is required to have two representatives (delegates) who will vote at Conclave. Both delegates have to be dues paid, but they can be either officers or general members.
Once both delegates are decided, they must notify me NO LATER than next Wednesday, January 17th.
Once again, officers please reply to this email after you've read it.

Good Morning D31!
Reminder! Each club must email/text me by 8:00 pm with the names of the two dues paid representatives (delegates) and their position.
Although only two reps are required, I highly recommend all officers and members to attend. It is a fun and interesting experience and you get to meet the Lt. Governor of the 2018-19 term. This is also an opportunity for you to ask the Lt. Governor-elect any questions that you may have.
The January DCM will also take place at Conclave. Please find the DCM agenda and the map of Helix attached to the email below. As always, please contact me for any questions, comments or concerns!
