Hello, Division 31!

I hope you all having a nice day. This email is a reminder for upcoming events so be sure to completely read the contents and attend the events!!

The email consists of the following:

• December Division Council Meeting
• Rose Float Sign Ups
• Attachments

Once again, please fully read this email and be sure to ask any questions! Officers please reply to this email indicating that you have fully read and understood the contents of this email.

December DCM

At this DCM, we will discussing upcoming events such as Rose Float, Conclave, and District Convention as well as discussing club elections.

WHEN: This Saturday, December 16th

TIME: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

WHERE: El Cajon Library (201 E Douglas Ave, El Cajon, CA 92020)

The DCM Agenda will be attached below!

Rose Float DEADLINE!! (please read ALL)

​WHEN: Saturday, December 30th

WHERE: Meet at Claim Jumper parking lot at Grossmont Center

TIME:​ 11:30 AM (ALL attendees MUST be present NO later than 11:00) 

COST: $10 per person, please have your faculty advisor send a check to KYDS Club of San Diego, P.O. Box 472, La Mesa, 91944

​Each club must email their sign up sheets. Please collect names and forms and email them to Ms. Boryla at mjbor...@hughes.net  The seats will be first come, first serve and there is room for 144 students and 5 more chaperones so work to get sign in sheets complete before December 15th.

A template of the sign in sheets will be attached to this email so please download, insert club name and use!

DEADLINE TO SIGN UP: This Thursday, December 14th BEFORE 6:00 PM

DEADLINE TO EMAIL MS. BORYLA: This Friday, December 15th BEFORE 6:00 PM

What to Bring

• Medical consent form 
• Warm clothing (it will be extremely cold up there so please dress accordingly)
• Closed toed shoes (you will be standing most of the time so please wear comfortable shoes
• Snacks for the trip, but you must pick up your own trash before exiting the bus
• Positive attitude! 

​Reminders​

1. All attendees must be present at the parking lot in front of Claim Jumper no later than 11:00 am.
2. Must fill out medical consent form and bring on the day of. At Fall Rally some forget to fill out their forms and luckily I had extra copies. Their parent had to drive back just to fill out the forms. This time, I WILL NOT have extra copies of that form so please if you would like to go, fill out the form beforehand. 
3. Make sure to start signing members and chaperones up so that you can email them into Ms. Boryla on Friday, December 15th BEFORE 6:00 PM
