Hello Peacocks, Kiwanians, and Advisors!

I hope everyone is having a fantastic summer break! I am absolutely loving Japan but I miss you all very much. I wish everyone who is/will be traveling to have a safe trip and everyone at home to stay hydrated during this heat wave. Here are some updates regarding Division 31:

LTG Availability 

July is an incredibly busy month for me so I wanted to keep everyone updated. I will be in Japan until July 19th, I am boarding the ship today so I will not have service for extended periods of time. Text [6199167439] will be the best way to reach me but I will try to respond to all emails within 24 hours. Please keep the 16 hour time difference in mind! From July 20th to 22nd, I will be volunteering at ComicCon so text will still be the best method of contact but I will be replying to emails nightly. Then July 23rd to 27th I will be in the East Coast on a tightly scheduled trip so if you do email me within this timeframe, please send me a text so I know to check (also remember the 3 hour time difference)! After that, all communication will return to normal. I apologize for any inconveniences this may cause!

2018-2019 Division Leadership Team 

I am beyond excited to introduce the Division Leadership Team for the 2018-2019 term! 

Executive Assistant

Kristina Lau will be serving as EA! She can be reached at d31....@gmail.com. Feel free to email Kristina when I am not available with any questions. Also, Kristina served as Helix Club President last term so I highly recommend for presidents to reach out to her with any issues!

Fall Rally Cordinator

Lana Doan will be serving as FRS Coordinator! Fall Rally is quickly approaching so I am sure you will be hearing from Lana soon. Any questions, comments, or concerns regarding Fall Rally South can be sent to d31...@gmail.com!

Spirit Coordinators

Kelly Tran and Lana Doan will be serving as your division spirit coordinators! Kelly and Lana will be creating and teaching cheers in time for FRS and DCON as well as creating division spirit packs. They can be reached for all spirit needs at d31.s...@gmail.com and also anticipate Spirit Team applications soon!

Phillips Nguyen is part of the D31 Spirit Team and will help lead division cheers at Fall Rally South! 

DCON Coordinator

Officer Training Conference

MANDATORY FOR ALL CLUB OFFICERS!

What: OTC is a yearly event where club officers not only learn more about their position but also about Key Club as an organization, important leadership skills, and so much more. This event is mandatory for all club officers but members are highly encouraged to attend! This year, OTC will be held with our lovely sister division, Division 11 (the dolphins!!) and the theme is retrOTC.

Region Training Conference

What: RTC is an opportunity for members from all over Regions 1 and 2 [Divisions 11, 21, 31, 37N, 37S, 37E, and 37W] to learn more about Key Club and leadership, as well as make tons of new friends!

When: September 29th, Times TBA

Region 1.5 Pen-Pals

The form for Region 1 and 2 Pen-Pals is now open! Fill out a quick form and get a Pen-Pal from Division 11, 21, 37N, 37S, 37E, or 37W. Who knows? Maybe you'll find a Key Club soulmate, friend for life, or someone to hang out with at Fall Rally.
