[IMPORTANT] Officer Training Conference 2023

Aloha Division 22 Makai!

With Officer Training Conference fast approaching, here are some important information for you all to attend!

GENERAL

Officer Training Conference 2023 will occur on Thursday, June 22nd, 2023 from 9 A.M. to 4:30 P.M and is open to all Key Club members! The theme for OTC is LEGO-TC, Building Blocks of Service! At the event, there will be various officer-related workshops, club planning & goal-setting, and other fun activities! Breakfast and lunch will also be provided!

If you are an officer, you are STRONGLY encouraged to attend! Officer Training Conference is an important event for new club officers to gain necessary leadership skills and prepare for the term! Not only does it allow you to gain a strong understanding of the foundations of our organization and how it operates, but it also allows you to meet others on your island and get to know people!

This year, OTC will be located in-person on each island of Makai! 

For attendees on Big Island, Officer Training Conference will be located at the Waiakea High School Library. 

For attendees on the island of Maui, Officer Training Conference will be located at King Kekaulike High School.

For attendees on the island of Kauai, Officer Training Conference will be located at the Kauai High School library.

For those of you who are unable to join in-person, there will be a virtual option as well!

REGISTRATION

Members & officers who are attending Officer Training Conference need to complete the following forms:

• OTC Registration Form
• OTC Code of Conduct
• Kiwanis Photo Release Form
• SA-1 Form

The online OTC Registration Form must be completed by TUESDAY, JUNE 20TH AT 11:59 PM! The link to register can be accessed [HERE] or by going to tinyurl.com/d22motc2023.

Along with online registration, all members MUST complete and submit the Code of Conduct, Kiwanis Photo Release Form, and your respective island's SA-1 Form to their club advisor PRIOR to June 22nd, 2023, to your club advisor! You may access these forms in the OTC Registration Form Folder found [HERE]!

**Attending advisors only need to complete the OTC Registration Form and Code of Conduct!**

The schedule for OTC is attached to this email and can also be found [HERE]! If you are attending, please look over the schedule for Officer Training Conference before Thursday!
