communication tree

Dear madame & the members,

                                             As per the meeting minutes of the previous Divisarana meeting, here I have prepared the communication tree & I have included currently active 34 members in this flow. I prepared this protocol in order to make our life easier when communicating among the members. & also please note this is not the finalized version of this tree & there may be additions as well.  there fore I need your feed back for this & please keep me posted if there is any thing to be amended.
                                              Guys, what you have to do with this is really simple as A B C.. when you get a message from your up liner, immediately drop it to your down liner. Eg:- when Shanuka is getting the message from Sachith, all he has to do is to pass it to thilini. Once Dinithi, Dineesha,Kavindi & Abisheka got the message, just forward it back to me.so then I can make sure that the all 4 raw s are aware of it.
                               I'm looking forward to get the authority from Prof: Hemanthi & Mr Supun Nigamuni soon for this & Once I get the authority from them, I will get this printed & distribute among the members. I repeat.. if you have any concern regarding this let me know in advance.

Dear Harsha,

This is great. As Hemanthi Madam suggests we need to have a representative from the 1st year. Try to get in touch with them and assign a separate branch for the 1st years under a coordinator.

Please do join with Pamuditha in collecting the money of the bookmarks. Its getting delayed day by day. Have to finish the project at least by the end of next week.
