seeking technically minded person to help at AAG Los Angeles sessions

Hi AAG Diversity Ambassadors!

We are so excited for our celebration coming up during the AAG Annual Meeting in Los Angeles  - please check out what is happening on youth leadership, including the AAG Diversity Ambassadors Networking Reception ;  and share the webpage at www.aag.org/mycoedvc, launched just this morning.  Please be sure to attend the second (panel) session even if you cannot be with us the whole afternoon, where the reception starts about 4:15 pm on Wednesday, April 10.

We are still setting the schedule and are in need of a technical minded person or persons who can help us staff the webcasting of the posters - we have the software and cameras and setup ordered, but as you know sometimes these things need an extra capable hand - anyone willing to take a turn, please contact me or Astrid (a...@aag.org).

There are many other interesting sessions, especially on jobs and careers.  Please see the list at www.aag.org/annualmeeting/careers_sessions. If you are interested in attending any of these sessions in an ambassador capacity, please also let us know.
