Hi everyone (especially any one who didn't make the meeting).

We met to discuss what the best next step was and we concluded as
follows:

We need a form that lets the introduced women tell us a little more
about themselves, enough to enable us to review and sort the stories
and prioritise based on compelling nature and geographical diversity.
This form has been started and an email I just sent invites you to
help improve it ready for general release on Thursday 17th June.

Mike to send out a mailing to all introduced women and inviting them
to complete the form. **** We need to craft a clear and compelling
message to encourage them to participate in the program ***
Volunteers!!!??

Mike to send out a mailing to selected introducers to please provide
missing info about the location of the woman/women they introduced and
update the spreadsheet with this info.

Once we have completed forms from the women, We need to move failry
quickly to identify those stories that will feature in the exhibition
as video face 2 face interviews and get those underway, these will be
handled by our pool of interviewers. Those stories that will not be in
featured in the exhibition as video will simultaneously be progressed
as remote video, phone interview or a well written article about the
woman's experience. Each of these will be sheparded by a pair or
reviewers.

Volunteers? I am willing to review "compelling/inspiring" letter to
interviewees and offer input.
Cannot help author at moment. Working async and swamped.
