What's happening...

Hi everyone,

as you know, Agile 2010 is upon us (26 days away) and we do not have
any part of the exhibition as yet. Obviously this is disappointing.

Nevertheless, we have 20 introductions (excluding duplicates) of some
really amazing women and these still deserve our help in sharing their
stories with the world.

Lisa and I have prioritised the list of introductions based on region
and current job roles - to ensure that we have a better representative
list of women.

We intend to start at the top of this list and contact each woman ,
get their consent to participate and then interview them (via a phone
or skype video). There is no need to a separate questionnaire.

We will then produce whatever we can (video/audio/photoblog/article)
to go on the website.

We will work as a pair on the first few introductions and then split
off to do some on our own.

As we already have the space in Agile2010 - we will have a running
OpenSpace session at the conference to explore other ways to improve
the participation of women in the agile industry. If we have anything
for the exhibition by then, this will also be running in the space.

If you have time to help - please join in, we would really welcome
your contribution.
