Update

Hi everyone,

so far we have 28 submissions to the program. There are about 20
unique submissions.

Lisa and I have prioritised these based on roles, locations to ensure
that the first set we work on good diversity.

We have used Deb's brilliant questions and had one session with the
first woman on the list - Marlena Compton and will be having a skype
video interview with her on Tuesday/Wednesday. I will then quickly put
together the first cut of the exhbition with content her interview and
post it ,so we can start to the see the emerging presentation. Very
exciting.

We have 10 more women who have accepted our invitation to participate.
We really could do with your help to interview and shepherd their
stories.

We would like to get 4-5 interviews done and added to the exhibition
in time for Agile2010 - please help to make this happen.

Thanks, Mike, it is so exciting to get started, I can't wait to hear Marlena's interview, and it's great that others are responding and excited to be part of the program.

Yes, help, please - if you have time for two interviews of one person, the first about 30 - 45 minutes to go over the questions (which Mike has put up on a Google doc) and the  second about 1.5 hours to do the official interview - please help.

Awesome! Mike had sent out emails asking the 'introducees' for permission to proceed. We are currently in contact with Marlena, Danie, Ashley and Kathleen.

Perhaps you could pick someone else on the list who hasn't responded, who is in a time zone that might work for you, and email them to see if they are agreeable to participating? It might be that the emails Mike is sending are getting caught by a spam filter or they just aren't noticing them.

Hi Anu -

Lisa and I had a one go at prioritising the submissions and so far it
has worked well.

There hare quite a few things that we would need to update you on to
help you get started - not complicated, just better said than typed :)

Would you have some time tomorrow to get updated and perhaps join in
on one of the pre-interview chats so that you can then start doing
them yourself?

Let me know how you are set for chatting on skype tomorrow
