Members will not be able to pick up gear on a Thursday night without paying (via PayPal) to an equipment officer or committee member first.
This
is essential for courses to run efficiently, for members to access the
pool and for the next weeks hire to commence. Any equipment not returned
by 7pm
(without prior discussion with an Equipment Officer or Committee Member
in the event of extenuating circumstances) will incur an additional fee
of one week’s gear hire.
Payment
is preferred via PayPal immediately after the day’s diving is
concluded. A boat officer or committee member will follow up payments
that have not been made on the same day.
These
procedures will allow our Equipment Officers to keep better track of
all gear and ensure that it is well maintained and available for members
to use.
