Error displaying false color images

Dear DIVAs ;)
Does anyone have any advice?
I can't seem to load the falsecolor images from a horizontal
illuminance grid. The simulation seems to run, then gives me the
error:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error
Type mismatch: 'CDbl'
Line 994
Char: 1

I've tried this with both my own model and the Gund model online.

I've tried installing the new Rhino 9 service pack and then removing
and reinstalling DIVA (although when I tried to drag and drop the
new .RHP file, Rhino told me DIVA was already installed.)

Any ideas?

Hi Holly,

Can you send me your illuminance results file from the "Filename -
Results\" folder in the same directory as your Rhino file. There must be
something strange happening there. If I recall correctly, the filename
will be something like, "filename.clsky-s092109.dat."
