Dear Students of mine of ACMS from Final Year B Pharm + MBA, Divisions A and B,

Here is your minor assignment of "Advanced Course in Marketing Strategy".

I am giving you the choice of submitting your minor assignment on any one out of these two options.

1. Option 1

In ACMS, you have learnt in great detail the topic "Product Portfolio Analysis".

Please submit an 800-word write-up explaining the concept of "Product Portfolio Analysis" and how the analysis is helpful to any Marketing person or an organisation to formulate and implement the Product and Growth Strategies in the Pharma or a Healthcare context.

2. Option 2

1. Adopter Sequence (Diffusion of Innovations) 

Please submit an 800-word write-up on the concept of Diffusion of Innovations, put forward by Prof. Everett Rogers, an American communication theorist and sociologist. He originated the theory of the "Diffusion of Innovations" and introduced the term innovator, early adopter, early majority etc. Please explain his concepts and how they are helpful to a Pharma / Healthcare Marketing person and an organisation to formulate and implement their Product and Promotion Strategies.
