All the best for your ongoing exams.
As you open this mail, you must be in the thick of your termend exams. And not too many days from now, all of you will get lifelong freedom from the "exam" phenomenon, latest by June 16th.
But then the best of you will continue to believe in the wisdom that learning is a lifelong process.
You will recall that when I was teaching you the topic "Forward Integration" in "Business Strategy Management" I gave you the success story of Apple Stores worldwide (Annual Revenues of more than US$ 20 billion.). The Apple BKC store and the Apple Saket Store had just opened around that time. We did not already have the sales response nor the figures of Revenue per Square Foot Retail Area (a metric by which ROI of Retail is measured).
Yesterday's "Economic Times" carries a small but informative piece about the spectacular response to the business launch of Apple Stores in India.
I am sure some of you will find time to read these snippets after your exams are over.
Once again, all the best for your ongoing exams.
