The Code is intended to provide applicable principles and provisions addressing matters such as independence and impartiality, and the duty to conduct proceedings with integrity, fairness, efficiency and civility. It is based on a comparative review of standards found in codes of conduct in investment treaties, arbitration rules applicable to ISDS, and of international courts.

A first version of the Code was published on May 1, 2020. ICSID and UNCITRAL received extensive input on the draft through consultation with State delegates and other interested stakeholders. Based on the feedback received, a second version of the Code was published on April 19, 2021, a third version was published on September 22, 2021, a fourth version was published on July 25, 2022, and the fifth version was published on November 28, 2022.

In May 2023, ICSID and UNCITRAL published advanced drafts of the texts to be presented to UNCITRAL at its 56th annual session, held from July 3-21 in Vienna, and in October 2023 published advance copies based on the decisions taken by the Commission.

Version four of the draft Code of Conduct reflects extensive discussion and feedback on the original draft Code, which was published in May 2020, version two, published in April 2021, and version three, published in September 2021.

For the unknown unknowns, nothing beats exploring that territory first-hand.This is where the prototype comes in.When you develop a prototype, you get to actually go develop the feature a first time so that the real feature work is the second time, and you have more information. You know the database is a little messy, because you got in there and found out.You know that this section of the backend code is hard to extend, because you had to hack around it with a machete.

It's really tempting to hang onto the code after a prototype to speed up the feature development, but it won't do that. It'll just sabotage the prototyping.Keeping the code, and knowing that you might, completely changes the psychology of the prototyping phase for the worse.

If you know that you're possibly keeping the code, you do things in a "proper" way, which means moving slower.Put in all the exception handlers, all the log statements.Structure the code nicely, refactor things while you're in there, modularize them properly. After all, it's going to be reused.

So for the sake of the overall timeline, keep things fast and efficient by keeping your promise and throwing away the first draft. It empowers you to move quickly and learn a lot with a prototype, and then make better decisions that save time and effort when developing the real feature.

The new code helps preserve existing neighborhoods and creates transitions where neighborhoods border commercial districts. Secondary residential dwelling units - like carriage houses and garage apartments - will be allowed and can improve housing affordability, while short-term rentals will be restricted to downtown or commercial districts.

Members of the Board of Building Regulations & Standards (BBRS) have voted that the next edition of the Massachusetts building code will be based on modified versions of the following 2021 International Codes.

The Department of Energy Resources (DOER) has a parallel code update process to update the existing Stretch Energy Code and develop a new Specialized Opt-in Energy Code. More information about these proposals and a recorded webinar on these stretch energy codes can be found on the DOER webpage here.

The human rights situation in Indonesia has been further backsliding in the last decade. The new draft CC introduces new avenues for further encroachment on freedom of expression, freedom of assembly, and access to information. Indonesians deserve better, and Indonesian authorities should recall the new draft CC from the Parliament, organize inclusive and meaningful public discussions, and draft a new CC that complies with international human rights standards.

To prepare for the first draft, city officials held an open house in August to get feedback about possible types of zoning districts, focusing on everything from improving residential quality of life to appropriate mixed-use development.

Zoning regulates how land may be used and establishes standards for development. The goals of the zoning code update are to improve the organization and format for a better user experience, to simplify the zoning framework to reduce the number of districts and nonconformities, and to place a higher emphasis on design standards, among other updates.

Residents and those interested in providing feedback on the draft are encouraged to do so through the PK4Keeps website. The project team will also be holding meetings with Common Council members to receive their input on the draft code. The city intends the release of this initial draft code and map to help facilitate community conversation regarding zoning and how it impacts how people live and do business in the City of Poughkeepsie.

Considering the rapid growth of the innovation consultancy market, the EIC Board considers that it is important to ensure fair and transparent standards for consultancy services to EIC applicants. Following consultations with stakeholders, the Board has agreed a Code of Conduct which it has published in draft for any other parties to provide comments or feedback.

This consultation considers the extent to which the Oliver McGowan code of practice on statutory learning disability and autism training (the code) provides Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered providers with the necessary guidance to meet the legislative requirement introduced by section 181 of the Health and Care Act 2022. The effect of the new requirement is that CQC-registered providers must ensure their staff receive learning disability and autism training appropriate to their role.

The next step of this project is to gather additional feedback from residents on the draft code. Before we develop the plan on how we'll gather input and start doing outreach, we want to know from you - what are YOUR preferences for communication channels and engagement techniques? Please help us shape how we implement this next communication and engagement effort and fill out the survey! It will remain open through the holidays and close in early January. Paper copies will be available for anyone to pick up and return to:

Many residents have spoken up about wanting more time to give feedback on the Unified Development Code (UDC) draft and proposed zoning map, and we want to let you know that we hear you. On Monday, 10/16, Mayor Andrus announced at a press conference that she and the Commission have decided to hit pause on the timeline. Here's what you need to know:

The development code update is an important part of addressing issues in our community, like housing and growth. We hope all can join us in helping to improve our code and our community. Read more in the press release here: bit.ly/udcpress

The project team will be at the Community Development Board meeting on Monday, September 18th at 6:00pm for a public hearing to present the draft development code and proposed zoning map, and schedule of future public hearings leading toward adoption of the new code. You can join remotely via the city website (External link), or in-person at City Hall, to learn more about the proposed development code and stay involved. Thank you!

The project team will be at the Community Development Board special meeting next Monday, September 11th at 6:00pm, to present the draft development code and zoning map, and schedule of future public hearings leading toward adoption of the new code. The project team will also be available to answer questions asked by the board.

The latest version of the draft development code is now available! Revisions were made primarily to address typographical errors or omissions from the August 14th version of the draft code - these changes have been noted at the beginning of the latest document.

In Phase 2 of the project the team will conduct engagement with stakeholders throughout Bozeman, including the general public, the development and design communities, and through several topic-focused work sessions with the City Commission. This engagement will inform proposed changes to the code.

The project's third phase involves the project team synthesizing public engagement received in Phase 2 with direction from the City Commission, to reorganize the existing UDC and draft new regulations as needed. This phase will end with a legal review of the updated UDC, a period for public review and comment on the draft changes to the UDC, and a final adoption-ready draft.

If like me you missed some prereleases you can wait here and hope for a free code, but most times these are just from the latest set.
On cardmarket or ebay you can find cheap codes from earlier sets that are still good.
I bought a War of the sparks code for 90 cents and a Ravnica Alliagence for 1,50 euro and got 2 traditional draft tokens for it, wich normally would cost me close to 20 euro in the ingame shop.

A colleague sent me a Gerrrit code review "draft" (I suppose via "refs/drafts/master" instead of "refs/for/master") and then left on holiday. Without downloading the patch and submitting it myself, how can I promote his draft to a full regular code-review so I can approve it & submit it for merging?

I think this is a similar question, but it's for git-review, not Gerrit. Also I'm interested in doing it from the Gerrit web GUI if at all possible. And I don't see a "Publish" button on my Gerrit web GUI for that draft. (And currently it doesn't say anything about merge conflicts, as long as I hurry....)
