Ixiasoft CCMS and CHM

I'm doing an HTML Help (chm) plugin that is suppoed to run under the Ixiasoft CCMS. I understand Ixiasoft runs on linux. CHM requires a Windows program to publish it, so I assume something like Wine would be required to publish on Ixiasoft. 

Has anyone published CHM in Ixiasoft? How did you accomplish it?
