What are the ways to put page number and all topic names from header to footer

Hello I want to shift page number and all topic names from header to footer. I have less idea in  xslt thing. In which file , changes  should be done ?

  Right now I am getting only current topic in header , I want to display all the topics list in footer with page number and current topic must be bold.
