[Reltables] [Crosspost] Condensing link output into fewer headings

Hi Team:

I have an issue with the the output in Eclipse Help. 

Related links, added as reltables in the ditamap categorizes topic type, and renders links separately. For example, a separate header for each topic type - “Related Task Topics”, “Related Reference Topics”, and so on. This to me is an overkill, the topic type is not adding any value to the end user. Apparently, this seems to be the default DITA-OT behavior that I want to get rid of. 

Are you guys aware of this behavior? I've been authoring topics in DITA for years but haven't worked much on customization. 

Any help is welcomed.
