I have a custom PDF transform that works when pointed at files on my local system but fails when pointed at the same ditamap in our CMS. The OOTB DITA-OT PDF transform works fine on the CMS content, but I haven't been able to discern where the two differ such that the one works and the other does not. Here's the pertinent section of the logfile:

I've searched for info everywhere I can think to look and have found nothing on how to configure this transform so that it does not fail at this point. I'm sending up the white flag and calling for help on this one. I'm sure someone out there knows what I've not done.

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions. - G

Hi Greg,

A couple of questions:

1) Are you running the transformation from inside Oxygen or from a command line?

2) Can you post the entire set of parameters that you give to the DITA OT process? If you run the DITA OT from Oxygen, at the beginning of the DITA OT console you should find the entire command line issued by Oxygen including the arguments that you give to the DITA OT.

Regards,
Radu
