Good place to get HTML Help Workshop?

I keep running into the need to work on plugins that generate .chm help files (MS HTML Help).

Trying to download HTML Help Workshop from Microsoft gives me a corrupted htmlhelp.exe that will not run. Any ideas on a good place to get it?

I found it on this page:

Clicking directly on the link got me a corrupted .exe. But when I right-clicked on the link and clicked "Open Link in New Tab", it downloaded a runnable executable, from which I could install HTML Help Workshop.

Note: The link goes to the Wayback Machine (!!).

I also discovered that dita-ot.org has a link to the HTML Help Workshop installer on the wayback machine (web.archive.org) on this page:


I did not find it earlier because the search did not show this page when I searched for "HTML Help". The full link that immediately downloads the HTML Help installer is this:
