Generating one single html containing all topics in a map with html5 plugin

I am trying to merge all the topics in a map into a gingle html output by modifying the html5 plugin, which generates seperated html files for each topic in a map currently. 
I am thinking whether I can generate a merged file and then apply the html5 transformation. In this way, I could not make sure that the original html5 pulgin will work successfully. So is there any feasible appoaches?

There is a parameter which can be set when publishing named "root-chunk-override" which you can set for example to value "to-content" to chunk all topics in a single HTML file:
