Hi,

You forgot to mention in your email what the problem is. Is the HTML file not generated at all or is it generated but the section is not conreffed?

You should try to check if the problem can still be reproduced with DITA OT 3.2.1.

If you can still reproduce the problem, maybe you have some custom plugin installed in DITA OT which generates this side effect.
