Does DITA-OT support nested list of more than 3 levels

Hi, 

Using Framemaker & DITA-OT for manual editing.

For some user manuals i want to start the nesting level from chapter name, heading, sub heading , sub-sub heading something as seen in the attachment (test.jpg).

Able to achieve 3 level of nesting. 

Is there a limitation in DITA-OT to go beyond 3 levels.

Can the nesting beyond 3 levels be achieved without making each as a topic reference?
