Need to show bullets for OL or UL in Related Links.

Hi,

HTML or PDF? If it's HTML maybe you can open the HTML document in a web briwser and use the web inspector tools in the web browser to see what CSS styles apply to the related links, then try to come up with your custom CSS to override certain styles.

If the related links are not shown at all in the PDF output there is a publishing parameter named "args.rellinks" which probably needs to be set to "all".

In the XSLT stylesheet "DITA-OT/plugins/org.dita.pdf2/xsl/fo/links.xsl" there is a template named "related-links", maybe you can see what other templates it calls and add some xsl:message's to see how it works and how it could be changed.
