DITA-OT FO PDF and notices

Hi,

I try to output stuff such as :

<frontmatter>        <booklists>
            <toc/>
        </booklists>
        <notices >
            <topicref href="topics/legal_notice.dita"/>
        </notices>
    </frontmatter>

Using the XSL:FO PDF formater of the DITA-OT 4.2.3.

The title of the topic is output in the ToC but nothing is output in the main page flow.

Did you experiments this problem ? How did you solve it ? Any inputs are welcome.
