DITA-OT Publishing error

Hi,

I'm new in the forum, but have been working on DITA for quite sometime now. We are trying to use the DITA-OT and publish a TOCJS output. We were successful in publishing the DITAMAP as a webhelp (TOCJS) with linear topicrefs. We then tried it with nested topics and now we aren't getting the desired output.

I've attached the sample DITAMAP and the error message for your reference. Any input is highly appreciated. Thank you.
