Pushing gcr.io images to my personal artifact registry using cloud shell

I want to push some of the distroless images from gcr.io to my own artifact registry. I'm new to this and unable to find any resolution. I don't want to to pull image first to my local computer and then push it to my repo but instead directly want to achieve this via cloud shell
