gcr.io/distroless/java:11 base image from 11.0.6 to 11.0.8

Hi, 

For the java project that is built, mvn jib:build is used to build the docker image.  The default docker base for this is gcr.io/distroless/java:11. 
There is bug fix done for TLS1.3 on java 11.0.7 onwards, which is causing an issue to use default base image with java version 11.0.6..

Is it possible to influence the base java minor version from default java 11.0.6 to java 11.0.8.

Hi,

gcr.io/distroless/java:11 mirrors Debian 9 (stretch). Debian 9 is "oldstable" that rarely gets updated. You can use the Debian 10 (buster)-based gcr.io/distroless/java-debian10:11, which gets the 11.0.8 Debian package.
