For some reason users are unable to get the "download" option for any of the plans in my deployment. They'll hit the "request file" button, it'll spin for about 10 seconds and then return to "request file". Hitting the button again repeats the same.

Where in the logs can I find clues to which action is failing?

Thanks!

-Bill

Hello Bill,

If the export options aren't working, you can check the celery logs for the process of the export jobs. That log should be in /var/log/celery/celeryd.log

Thanks,
David

Jeez. Took me awhile to get to it, but it looks like celery has been shut down since February :). I'll restart and see if an export crashes it; it's not clear that's what caused the crash in the first place.

Here's hoping this tackles the print function as well . . .

Thanks again!

Sweeeeeeeeet! With the celery restart, shapefiles are back to exporting!

In the tradition of uncovering the next issue while fixing the last, I notice that the "print" button doesn't work, and throws this at the console:

  1. Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'rules' of undefined 0813507fca4e.js:421
    1. _self.doprint0813507fca4e.js:421
    2. f.event.handle82e8b1e4d011.js:1

Is this a known quantity? Is there another server in need of a restart somewhere?

Thanks again for all the help!

-Bill
