As of the mail run at my house just now, I have received the entries from the following posts:

5620 Carthage
8904 Center
10351 Hemphill
3893 Nacogdoches

The deadline of November 15 is close at hand. I have to have your Post PP Participation Report (see attached) and your winning entry(s). If they are not in the mail, you can scan them and email to me. I must furnish these documents to department for you to get credit.

If you are not going to have an entry please email me confirmation of that.
