Subject: Information for Convention

District Presidents,

Hope this finds everyone well and all are safe.

Need to know from your auxiliaries about the auxiliary award on page 39 of the program book, need them to get me a list of the established auxiliary securing the largest number of NEW members. And the NEW auxiliary that was instituted since last convention and making the greatest gain in members.

Then on page 40 I need a list from your auxiliaries under statewide project. One is NEW recruits and the other is most life members. Also the National award for the catch 5 or the 20 new members NOT rejoins which this form goes to National.

I know the program book says May 1st for some of the awards but with that being said and the uncertainty of the COVID-19 virus the 100% membership deadline is March 31st. The two statewide project award are dated May 1st, but that needs to be into to me on the 20th of April the same deadline as your year-end reports.

This is to assure that everything is in place for the convention rather than a last ditch effort and things being left out.
