The question about a post not receiving an entry for VOD, Patriot's Pen, and Teacher of the Year but still receiving credit was asked. 

Attached is the answer and procedure to follow. It can be found on page 4 of the Department of Texas Post All State Program. If you do not have the publication it can be downloaded from the Department of Texas website.
