Does anyone have a legal opinion, strategy or statement relative to Gross Receipts Tax? We are currently facing a request from the state to be subject to Gross Receipts Tax and are interested in other IDEA members testimonial or provision that might argue against our steam, hot water or chilled water service being subject to a Gross Receipts Tax.
