Hey All,
 
It wll be our chance to present this week. Let's do it properly since we have time.  Have divided the questions randomly.
  1.  What are Gino’s competitive advantages and disadvantages in China? What are the barriers that are preventing Gino from aggressively penetrating the industrial burner market in China? Ekta
  2.  How serious is the control issue that Gino perceives it has with its distributors? Why does it have this problem? At this stage of its development in China, should Gino be trying to take more control of its distributors, or should the relationship be a more co-operative one? Akriti & Siddarth
  3.  What should Gino’s long-term (three years ahead) channel strategy be? Saurabh
  4.  Should David Zhou proceed with selling direct to Feima or not? What should be the criteria for the decision? What else should Gino be doing in the short term? Satvinder & Shresth
  5.  What lessons can be learned from this case? Vishal

we can mention the groth peotential for each segment  and tell that we shoudl focus on industrial segment and jo bhi aur growing segment hai ...

based on that we can giv a long term startegy.....
