Use of TSE as condenser or cooling tower makeup

Dear friends and colleagues,

An IDEA member company is seeking insight on the use of Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) in district cooling plants.  In particular, they are interested in more information on the direct use of TSE as condenser or cooling tower makeup water and the experience in terms of maintenance, performance, efficiency and availability.  In particular, they seek insight on the direct use of TSE without a filtration or polishing plant for cooling tower makeup water.
