Recent CHP projects on your campus or property

1. Have any CHP projects completed on your property over the past 3 -5 years been built for the design cost estimates?
2. When the prime contractor went out for bids, did the actual estimates for the project come back higher, lower or within the original budget?
3. Are the owners happy with the completed CHP project?
4. Would they recommend the Engineer Company of record for another CHP project?
5. Would they recommend the Primary Construction Contractor for another CHP project?
6. Any additional comments?
