W3C standards and trace-context header remote discussion

Hi, all

Wendy from W3C will help overview the standardization process, should "trace-context" become a formal http header. This will happen during the Distributed Tracing workshop remotely 1st of Nov at 4pm pacific (same as 2nd Nov 10am Sydney). Please join remote if you can.
