Hello List,

distributed-process-systest is the sole remaining module holding
distributed-process back from supporting GHC 8.2 without --allow-newer,
so it is holding our own project using d-p back.

The module has several queued pull requests for bumping up the supported
version bounds.

Could someone take a look at the pull requests and update the version on
hackage?
