Cloud Haskell Release on Hackage

I've just uploaded a new release - most components have changed versions numbers in some fashion. Note that distributed-process-platform will not be uploaded for a couple more days, since I'm currently splitting that up into smaller components which will take some time.

There will be another, major (i.e., breaking changes) release of distributed-process around the time that the d-p-platform is completed.
