In Scene 5, the correct word is "unanviled," exactly as originally printed in the Second Quarto. It's a figurative usage on the idea of mettle being shaped.
By the way, a huge amount of attention has been paid to that line, down the long history of ''Hamlet'' commentary, but all the interpreters and commentators have missed "unanviled" completely, even though it's the word printed in the Second Quarto.
