Patch for armcc (rvct4) compilation

Hi,

I got distcc working with armcc (rvct4) recently.  It has some different preprocessor flags than gcc (notably -J, --preinclude and --depend).  These flags don't interfere with any gcc flags (so far that I can tell).  I'm including a patch for it here.

Hmm... it looks like that patch won't handle those options correctly for pump mode.
