Hello,
A few months ago I used the Distance package in R to conduct distance sampling for a dataset and did not see any warnings or errors.
This week I am trying to run the same analysis with updated distance values (~10% coerced to a value of 0), and I am getting various warnings and errors from the ds() and gof_ds functions. I would like to understand if this is a result of the values/ distribution of the distance values in my data, or an issue in R that I could resolve.
If anyone recognizes any of these warnings/ errors and has advice please let me know.
Thanks,
Annabel
Depending on the inputs for ds(), gof_ds() sometimes produces this warning:
Depending on the adjustment inputs, ds() produces various warnings/ errors.
