Hi there,
My colleagues and I are analysing data from a survey of wild Bactrian camels. Our survey has revealed camels to be mostly in clusters, this analysis ran fine using the CDS engine (Distance 6.2) with 'clusters' selected in the set-up but when we added data of individual camel observations we got a warning indicating that we had inputted -1 values where we have inputted 1 (single individual) values under cluster size. Distance indicated it was reading this as a cluster size of unknown value, yet we know the value to be 1.

Can you tell us how to input a cluster size of one or why it is not a valid value if not?

We're a bit stuck with this.

Many thanks from Mongolia!

I can confirm that this was an error in our data NOT an issue with Distance. Thanks to Eric Rexstad who was able to spot a line of missing cluster size data. We have now corrected the problem.
