READER/SENIOR LECTURER/LECTURER IN STATISTICS

A Reader/Senior Lecturer/Lecturer post in Statistics in the Institute of
Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Kent at Canterbury is
available from 1 September 2000 or such a date as may be arranged.


Depending on the post applied for, the successful candidate will have a
strong research record or potential in an area of statistics or applied
probability and a commitment to excellence in teaching. Preference may be
given to a person who has proven expertise in at least one application
area and an ability to take advantage of advances in computation to
produce innovative modelling.
