dsmextra

Hello everyone and thank you for this really neat list!

 

We are currently trying to install package dsmextra. However, we were not able to install the package due to its dependence to rgdal package that has been removed since. We would like to know if there is still a way to use the “dsmextra” package, or else if you know another relevant method to evaluate extrapolation (apart from packages like e.g. mess). Thank you very much in advance!!!

Can you try installing rgdal from RForge using the below command?

install.packages("rgdal", repos="http://R-Forge.R-project.org")
