formulas calculated density and software concluded density were different, which is right ?

to distance-sampling

transect line units is km, perpendicular units is m, area units is square kilemeter, two result aboved mentioned is 13.422 and 0.02524 respectively, which is right and what is the reason.I will deliver the data in appendix ,please help me ,thank you
