Dear Muhammad,Thank you so much for inviting us to talk about Toastmasters, for the lunch and warm hospitality. On behalf of all of us who attended today, I can say that we did have a good time.As promised, I am attaching a Manual 'How to build a Toastmasters Club' as well as a Toastmasters International (TMI) Service chart. The former has the 6 forms required for chartering a club and should be read carefully. When you are ready to start, we would be more than happy to assist you in filling the forms and forwarding the same to TMI.The Service Chart names the Officers at Club, Area, Division, District and International level. So when you start a club, you will need 7 Officers - a President, Vice President Education, Vice President Membership, Vice President Public Relations, Secretary, Treasurer and Sergeant at Arms. You will not have an Immediate Past President to begin.I know you will now have to check with management about various issues for starting a club - location, time, finances, etc. However, as discussed, we would be very appreciative if the charter forms (Form 1-6) can be submitted to TMI before the end of this month. It would add great value to our District 79.I look forward to staying in touch and would be happy to be of further assistance. I look forward to GE being a part of our Toastmasters fraternity in District 79.Best regards,Mukta NadkarDivision F Governor

Dear All,
We would like to thank the entire team of Toastmasters leaders who attended the introduction session at GE despite the severe sand storm.
It was a great event where we were successfully able to excite the entire GE community at our site and get them interested in Toastmasters.
Now, on our part at GE we will initiate the process to start the club by seeking approvals from concerned leadership. We will be in contact with all of you shortly in order to initiate the club.
Thanks & Regards
